Chocolate Doughnut Glaze

               Ingredients                         Yield: 250ml(1c)
  • 175g (3/4c)   Chocolate, of your choosing
  • 45g (3Tbsp)   Butter
  • 15g (1Tbsp)   Corn Syrup, or Honey
  • 15ml (1Tbsp) Water
                Instructions
  1. In a double boiler, combine chocolate and butter. Stir until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat. Mix in corn syrup.
  3. Add water and stir.
  4. Dip doughnuts into the glaze while the glaze is still warm.
