Dark Chocolate Sauce
- 40g (1/2c) Cocoa Powder
- 125g (3/4c) Chocolate of your choosing
- 150ml (2/3c) Water
- 30g (2Tbsp) Butter
Instructions
- Whisk cocoa powder with enough water to make it into a smooth paste.
- Bring remaining water to a boil.
- Once at a boil mix in the cocoa paste until smooth.
- Add in chocolate and stir until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in butter.
- Store in airtight container. Serve warm or at room temperature.
