Berry Coulis
- 250g (2c) Berries (Strawberries, Raspberry, Blueberry, etc. or a combination)
- 100g (1/2c) Granulated Sugar
- 45ml (3Tbsp)Water
Instructions
- Combine berries, sugar, and water in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from stove and place into a blender. Blend on high speed for 10-20 seconds.
- Pass the sauce through a fine mesh strainer to remove all the seeds.
- Cool down and store in an airtight container.
