Dark Chocolate Sauce


Dark Chocolate Sauce

                Ingredients                        Yield: 250ml(1c)
  • 40g (1/2c)     Cocoa Powder
  • 125g (3/4c)   Chocolate of your choosing
  • 150ml (2/3c) Water
  • 30g (2Tbsp)   Butter
                Instructions
  1. Whisk cocoa powder with enough water to make it into a smooth paste. 
  2. Bring remaining water to a boil.
  3. Once at a boil mix in the cocoa paste until smooth.
  4. Add in chocolate and stir until melted.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in butter.
  6. Store in airtight container. Serve warm or at room temperature.
