Pesto Cream Sauce
Ingredients Yield: 500ml (2c)
- 250ml (1c) Pesto
- 375ml (1 1/2c) Heavy Cream
- 140g (10 slices) Prosciutto
Instructions
- Combine pesto, cream, and prosciutto in a pot on medium-high heat.
- Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
- Simmer for 5-10 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Season to taste and serve with pasta.
