Chocolate Ganache
Ingredients
Yield:
200g (1c)
100g (1/2c) Chocolate
100g (1/2c) Heavy Cream
Instructions
Chop chocolate if needed.
Bring cream to a boil and pour over chocolate.
Let stand for 2 minutes.
Whisk until smooth.
