Vanilla Buttercream
- 30g (2Tbsp) Butter
- 60g (5Tbsp) Icing Sugar
- 10ml (2tsp) Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Soften butter in microwave. Cooking in 10 second intervals until softened but not melted.
- Whisk butter until fluffy in a bowl.
- Using a spoon mixing in the icing sugar in two additions to make it easier.
- Add vanilla extract and whisk until light and fluffy.
- Smear atop of a microwave cake!
