Chocolate Doughnut Glaze
- 175g (3/4c) Chocolate, of your choosing
- 45g (3Tbsp) Butter
- 15g (1Tbsp) Corn Syrup, or Honey
- 15ml (1Tbsp) Water
Instructions
- In a double boiler, combine chocolate and butter. Stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat. Mix in corn syrup.
- Add water and stir.
- Dip doughnuts into the glaze while the glaze is still warm.
