Sour Cream Icing
- 60ml (1/4c) Sour Cream
- 60g (1/4c) Butter
- 125g (1c) Icing Sugar
- 5ml (1tsp) Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Soften butter in microwave for 10 seconds.
- In a bowl, whip butter and sour cream with a whisk until smooth.
- Add in icing sugar and stir until smooth.
- Adjust consistency with vanilla and mix thoroughly.
- Lather on top of cooled cinnamon rolls.
