Pickled Mustard Seeds

                    Ingredients                                                 Yield: 1/2c seeds
  • 120ml (1/2c) Rice Vinegar
  • 80ml (1/3c)   Water
  • 45ml (3Tbsp)  Maple Syrup
  • 5g (1tsp)        Salt
  • 40g (1/4c)      Mustard Seeds (brown and yellow)
                   Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients into a small pot.
  2. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 1 hour or until all liquid has evaporated. (Add some water if liquid has evaporated before the 1 hour mark).
  3. Use as a garnish. Enjoy!
