Chocolate Ganache


Chocolate Ganache

                Ingredients                        Yield: 200g (1c) 
  • 100g (1/2c)  Chocolate
  • 100g (1/2c)  Heavy Cream
                Instructions
  1. Chop chocolate if needed.
  2. Bring cream to a boil and pour over chocolate.
  3. Let stand for 2 minutes.
  4. Whisk until smooth.
