Pickled Mustard Seeds
Ingredients Yield: 1/2c seeds
- 120ml (1/2c) Rice Vinegar
- 80ml (1/3c) Water
- 45ml (3Tbsp) Maple Syrup
- 5g (1tsp) Salt
- 40g (1/4c) Mustard Seeds (brown and yellow)

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a small pot.
- Bring to a simmer and let cook for 1 hour or until all liquid has evaporated. (Add some water if liquid has evaporated before the 1 hour mark).
- Use as a garnish. Enjoy!
