Toasted Marshmallow, Baked Cookie, Ice Cream Cone
Ingredients Yield: 1 Ice Cream Cone
Instructions
- Roll the cookie dough into the shape of your waffle cone.
- Press it into the bottom of the cone. The cookie dough should come half way up the cone.
- Place the cone in the corner of a loaf pan so that it stands up.
- Bake in a 300 degree F oven for 20 minutes.
- Once the cookie has baked, remove from the oven. Let the cone cool for a few minutes.
- Scoop in your favorite ice cream.
- Spread or drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the ice cream.
- Let it harden for a few seconds.
- Scoop on the marshmallow fluff and spread around evenly.
- If you have a kitchen blow torch, you can toast the marshmallow.
- Dig in and enjoy!
